Lucrative Agent Partner Program

We partner with real estate agents in the DMV to buy off market deals. Here's how our program works:

• Bring us your off market deal (single family / row-homes, all the way up to multi-family development projects in the greater DMV) ​

• You keep the buyer / seller commission or split it with home seller, your choice

• We write you a check of $3,000-5,000 depending on size of deal, on top of the commission 

• Save time on cumbersome MLS listings (we don't need any of that), and delight the seller by selling the deal fast  

• We buy as-is and don't require lengthy disclosure forms and associated paperwork, our team member just needs to walk through the property once

• If we use this property for a condo conversion, we will work with you on outsale assuming you have sufficient experience selling in this segment / price point
